EEPA

Elder Estate Protection of Arkansas was formed as a professional planning group dedicated to protecting and preserving the assets of seniors in the state of Arkansas.

Formed in association with John C. Holden, an attorney licensed in both Arkansas and Oklahoma; EEPA consists of professionals who have years of experience as asset protection planners. The EEPA Team provides its clients with a variety of planning techniques in order to avoid probate, preserve assets and facilitate a client’s eligibility for long term care Medicaid benefits in an expeditious manner.

Their mission is to help seniors prepare and be able to fully fund their long-term care journey while still leaving a legacy for the children, grandchildren and the one's they love most.
